Porcelain tiles are a modern material that is designed to lay sidewalks, streets and approaches to buildings.
It should be distinguished from her paving stones, which is usually made of natural stone (granite, basalt) by heating it and giving the desired shape, less often casts from concrete. Paving slabs are much cheaper, but the paving stones are more durable and reliable due to its thickness and structure.
Production of paving slabs
Vibration pressing – the mixture is pressed on a constantly vibrating bed;
Hyperpressing – presses the press with a force of about 200 kg per square centimeter on the mixture;
Vibroletier is the easiest method. The mixture in the forms is installed on a constantly vibrating table, and then – dries at a temperature of 38 degrees for 12 hours.
It is worth noting that many prefer to produce paving slabs with their own hands. Equipment for this is the minimum – vibration and plastic or rubber forms for paving slabs. The solution can be made independently. Homemade tiles – inexpensive in cost.

Application and styling methods
Porcelain tiles are used for paving garden and summer cottages, sidewalks, entrances and approaches to houses, to create a blind area. Put it on a specially prepared layer of crushed stone and sand. A border (or curb) is laid around it, which holds the tile from the shifts.
Granite and stone paving stones are placed as well as tiles.
