Requirements for objects for installation of technological equipment
For the installation of technological equipment, those buildings (structures) or their spatial parts are handed over, the degree of construction readiness of which ensures the possibility of continuous installation work. For equipment installed on open areas, before installation, it is necessary to arrange foundations with a territory planned around them (SNiP Sh-g.10-66).
The building or structure is considered prepared for the surrender for mechanical equipment, if the following public work is completed – the frame of the building on the mounting area is completed, ceilings and coatings are arranged, and ladders are installed. For certain types of equipment, these work is added: laying walls, roofs, “black” and “clean” floors, closing of openings, performing plastering work.
During the preparation of production for the combined installation of building structures of the building, technological equipment, pipelines and other elements of the ATC of the case, special attention should be paid to the issues of the integrated use of installation machines. The integrated use of crane equipment is determined by a comprehensive project for the production of work. Installation cranes used for combined installation should be at the disposal of one organization. If installation work (installation of buildings, equipment) at the facility is carried out by various organizations, installation cranes should be at the disposal of the “leading” organization, t. e. organizations performing the installation of building structures of the building frame.
