For a balanced and independent operation of all contours included in the heating engineering system, a hydraulic arrow is used – a module that controls and balancing the hydraulic parameters of consumers and sources of the heat supply system. Hydraulic distributors are used in systems using a coolant with a maximum temperature of about 120 degrees. Pressure in systems is maintained at 10 bar. This is a module equipped with instrumentation with control and measuring devices: a thermomanometer and a thermometer, as well as an automatic air vent, which allows you to remove accumulating gases or air from the system.
Brass or bronze is used for the manufacture of the hydraulic arrow case; the module is mounted in the system with rubber synthetic compaction. The hydraulic distributor is mounted to the wall using galvanized brackets. The duration of operation of the module is up to 50 years.
